Caroline founded New Moon in 1996. Within six days of launch, Caroline received her first brief and within six weeks she had won three global brands as clients. Her first career in the advertising premier league (as a ‘suit’ at DMB&B, Ayer Barker and J Walter Thompson) has strongly influenced New Moon’s strategic approach and its commitment to producing honest, evocative stories that influence hearts and minds. Caroline has been featured in the Who's Who of Britain’s Young Entrepreneurs, and been described by BAFTA’s Academy Magazine as “hot young talent” in the British Film Industry. The Observer included Caroline amongst their list of the ten most influential people in winning the Bid for the London 2012 Olympics. Caroline is a keen skier and equestrienne and is a member of The Stage Golfing Society. She has a keen interest in horse racing, young people and film.

Barnaby Logan | Director, Executive Producer

Since Barnaby’s first experience of production as a runner on music videos for a string of unforgettable 80s bands including Big Audio Dynamite, Aztec Camera and Goodbye Mr Mackenzie, Barnaby worked his way up the production hierarchy to the role of Producer at Uden Associates. In 2003 Barnaby joined New Moon as Executive Producer where he has successfully delivered an extraordinary number of highly creative award-winning productions for Clients including Accenture, RBS, Linklaters, RAF, UKTI, and the phenomenally successful films for the London 2012 Olympic Bid. His most challenging project to date was the production of the successful Sochi Olympic Winter Bid where he delivered 5 films produced in 4 different countries over 7 weeks. Away from the office, Barnaby can be found spending time with his two young children, walking his dog, Loftus, or cheering on QPR at Loftus Road.

Having previously worked as a gardener and a chef, Ben added to the eclectic nature of his CV with a work experience placement with New Moon in the summer of 2006. He was quickly offered a graduate training position and his boundless energy and dedication has already made him an indispensable member of the team. Ben is a keen independent traveler and one day plans to write his own motorcycle diaries to chronicle a South American motorbike adventure.

Dan joined New Moon in mid 2010 to lead the post production department after five successful years in the industry which saw him go from trainee editor to Head of Post Production with a major corporate producer. As an award winning editor in his own right, Dan knows Avid and FCP inside out, allowing him to support our talented pool of freelancers in producing work to the highest creative and technical standards.

When he isn't editing he's usually to be found watching too many films and too much boxing and spends most of his Saturdays worrying about Barnsley FC.

Alex graduated from Columbia University in 2009 with a degree in Political Science and English. Having grown up in London, she returned last year after experiencing life in both New York and Los Angeles. She previously worked for Matthew Vaughn during Kick Ass and interned at Blueprint Pictures. Alex enjoys watching films, playing squash and tennis, dance and travelling.
